Duscovent mobile vacuum filters provide high power, ease of use, reliability and portability within a small compact design. These heavy-duty vacuum cleaners are capable of cleaning some of the most difficult wastes very rapidly, yet are still versatile and extremely manouverable. The mobile vacuum filter units are capable of working within a wide range of areas and are suitable for use in the production of food, electronics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, wood and metalworking or general engineering environments.
Each unit is supplied as standard with a balanced wheeled trolley for ease of manouvre, pleated fine filter and separate HEPA filter offer a high degree of filtration within a compact design, 5m long anti-static flexible cleaning hose and floor wand for general cleaning and plastic collection sack for safe removal of collected waste.
To provide extraction at source, a series of hoods designed to connect directly to disc cutters, sanders and saws are available. These hoods are designed to be a lightweight attachment to the hand held power tool so as not to obstruct the day-to-day operation of the user. General cleaning is improved by the addition of various cleaning nozzles that include bulk spillage collection nozzles, crevice nozzles, brush attachments and pipe cleaning attachments. These hoods are available in a variety of materials and, in conjunction with varying hoses, are suitable for use in the most vigorous or sensitive areas. Each unit can be supplied for a range of voltages, either 240v or 110v to suit clients application.
